Jack Wilshere is still on course with his recovery to be ready for Arsenal pre-season training. Jack has been out of action for about 10 months now after picking up knocks to his ankle in pre-season last year. A series of set backs meant that Wilshere missed the whole season, leaving quite a void in the Arsenal midfield.
“Wilshere is making good progress and is still on course for a return for the start of the new season, after spending most of the summer at Arsenal’s London Colney base working on his fitness.
Wilshere is now poised to step up his training regime, to include more work with the ball, having spent a lot of his rehabilitation in the gym.
The England midfielder is expected to meet with a specialist in the next few days to discuss his involvement in the Gunners’ pre-season preparations.”
