Arsenal game delayed due to fan trouble
Arsenal’s game with Cologne has been delayed by an hour due to fan safety.
The club have had to put back the kick off to 9.05 – 60 minutes after the scheduled time.
There are around 20000 Cologne fans expected at the game tonight and many of them have bought tickets in the home section of the stadium.
The German fans could be seen throughout London in large groups and even took over Oxford Street at one point.
There are rumours on Twitter that fans have been rushing the turnstiles with queues building and presumably, some fans trying to get in without tickets.

It is a big safety issue and it means that police and the club have pushed the kick off back.
It is Cologne’s first appearance in Europe for 20 years and fans have been keen to mark the occasion.
It means that some fans will struggle to get home because of the delay to an already later than standard kick off.
