Arsenal starlet signs new deal and commits future to the Gunners
Joe Willock has signed a new deal, Arsenal have announced.
The youngster has broken into the Arsenal first team this season as he has featured heavily in the Europa League and Carabao Cup after impressing during preseason.
The club say that it is a long-term deal and that should keep the talented youngster at the club for some time.
It comes as his brother Chris left Arsenal in the summer for Benfica. Choosing to ply his trade abroad rather than staying with the Gunners.
The Arsenal player was named in the England Under 19 squad yesterday before playing for the Gunners first team against Red Star Belgrade.
Playing in the Europa League is far from ideal for a club like Arsenal, but what it has done is allow youngsters such as Willock as well as the likes of Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah to get a chance to prove their worth.
