Arsenal team news: Massive change for Arsenal as key man misses out

The big news for Arsenal ahead of the clash with Southampton is that Laurent Koscielny will miss out through injury. Shkodran Mustafi returns to the team however.

That is the only change from Sunday’s win over Manchester United.

Rob Holding keeps his place in the back three alongside Mustafi and Nacho Monreal.

Granit Xhaka has once again come through the ankle injury that has forced him off in the previous two matches to partner Sunday’s man of the match Aaron Ramsey.

It is important for Arsenal to keep the momentum going from that game and get off to a good start here.

It is a fixture that has strangely caused Arsenal a lot of problems recently but if they want to keep alive any hopes of overhauling Liverpool then this is a must win.

Win the two games in hand over Jurgen Klopp’s side and we will be just one point behind them with two games to go and then you never know…

No thanks I prefer Walcott over Gibbs and ox anyday! Why because goals actually matter right now as goal difference! People might want to keep this in mind instead of letting idiocy go to their brains with bias! Playing conservative will not work! We need goals and we need a good bit! Ox and Gibbs combined don’t have a goal between them in how long now! Thanks I rather win then play conservative with a chance to lose or lose in goal score difference
