Arsenal v Leicester date and time confirmed

Arsenal’s rearranged fixture with Premier League champions Leicester will be played on Wednesday April 26.

Kick off will be 7.45 and the game will be shown live on Sky Sports.

It means that the game will fall right in the middle of the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City and the game away to Tottenham – the last North London Derby at White Hart Lane.

The game could have fallen at a much more favourable time for Arsenal but their record against Leicester has been good of late.

The pressure on manager Arsene Wenger is building with every game and that week could be make or break for him if he really wants to stay on as reported.

Three wins could turn things around somewhat, while three losses could be the final nail in the coffin. It could be a huge seven days in the history of Arsenal Football Club.

The dates for the fixtures with Southampton and Sunderland are yet to be confirmed.
