This could be good news for Arsenal in their pursuit of Julian Draxler.
If PSG are now willing to pay the transfer fee this year, it could be because they have made a major sale.
Draxler has been linked with a move to Arsenal as an Alexis Sanchez replacement and if that deal is happening, it could be the reason that PSG now have some spare cash.
Of course, it is just speculation but like a lot of transfers on deadline day, there is a knock on effect with all deals and this could be what is happening here.
Arsene Wenger has been an admirer of Draxler for some time and was linked with a move for him prior to his PSG deal.
Arsenal have said that Sanchez will not be sold unless there is a replacement brought in. Does this mean that deal has already been struck?
