Key player to miss Arsenal clash with Everton

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will miss Arsenal’s must-win season ender with Everton.

Laurent Koscielny is also a doubt.

Chanberlain missed the last game after picking up a muscle injury and he will also miss this one. He must be considered a major doubt for the FA Cup final.

Arsene Wenger said that Koscielny will have a test before the game but could miss out.

It could be that he is rested either way to make sure he is ready for the final.

Wenger said: “Oxlade-Chamberlain is still out. We have uncertainty about Koscielny. He will a test today or tomorrow and then I will make a decision.”

However, he did go on to say: “Aaron Ramsey is alright”.

Arsenal need a win in the match and a slip up from either Liverpool or Manchester City to have any chance of making the top four and earning a spot in next season’s Champions League.

There is a chance that it is Arsene Wenger’s last ever game in charge at the Emirates. It seems less and less likely that he will leave this summer but it is still a real possibility.
