Revealed: The sensational triple move that Arsene Wenger wants to make to turn Arsenal into title contenders
Arsene Wenger is planning a triple move for Kylian Mbappe, Thomas Lemar and Alexander Lacazette in order to turn Arsenal into title contenders, according to the Telegraph.
Jeremy Wilson – usually one of the most reliable journalists in this country when it comes to Arsenal – is reporting that Wenger is eyeing moves for the French trio this summer in order to replace Alexis Sanchez – who Wilson says is almost certain to leave – and possibly Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud.
It would be a wonderful set of replacements if the Gunners can pull it off.
Mbappe is one of the hottest properties in Europe and would cost a world record transfer fee. At just 18 though he could be the linchpin of the club for the next decade.
Lacazette has been linked with Arsenal for a long time and is one of the continents most potent finishers.
Lemar has been wonderful in the exciting Monaco attack alongside Mbappe.
If Wenger can pull it off then even losing Alexis and Ozil would not seem too bad. Three top class replacements and one in particular in Mbappe that could go on to be one of the very best.
