Sahin and Cazorla update-Podolski and Giroud set to miss season opener

Sahin and Cazorla look set for a summer move to the Emirates stadium, with Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger keen to strengthen his squad.

Sid Lowe has confirmed to ESPN that Santi Cazorla will complete his move to Arsenal within 48 hours.

Malaga Hoy, Malagas local newspaper has already led with the story this morning. Saying that the player can complete a €20 million move to the Emirates to allow Malaga to clean up their growing debts. They expect the deal to be completed today!

Sid Lowe also confirmed on presspass ESPN that Arsenal are close to finalising the loan move for highly rated midfielder Nuri Sahin. If true the 2 highly rated players are an example of the determination of Arsene Wenger, surely laying down a maker to all, with the signings of Podolski and Giroud, these 2 could round off a very successful summer for the Arsenal Manager.

Many reports are suggesting that both Podolski and Giroud will not make the starting line up for Arsenal for the start of the season. This has come from news from Arsene Wenger saying they are not ready, and that they need to be integrated into the team, seemingly blaming the lack of pre-season football for the blunder.

Podolski and Giroud may take longer than expected’, explained Wenger.

‘I cannot play them in pre-season, so I will ease them in the Premier League.’

i just wish the two sign for Arsenal. basing on the preseason match specifically the 2-2 draw, Arsenal needs to focus more on defensive.
