SkySports news are reporting an offer from Olympiakos in the region of £1 million for the out of favour centre back Sebastian Squillaci.
This transfer bid will come as good news to us all with Squillaci not showing much other than an uncanny ability to make errors at
crucial times when on the pitch, and possibly more frustratingly, being paid a very high wage to effectively train with the club.
His high wages have put a lot of clubs off when it comes to finalising a move but it seems as though the Greek side are keen to get his signature.
According to reports in Greece, Olympiakos are in talks with Arsenal defender Sebastien Squillaci after agreeing a deal with the Premier League. Squillaci is discussing a three-year deal, with Olympiakos looking for an experienced centre-half to replace Olof Mellberg, who has joined Villarreal.
Fingers crossed Gooners!
