Jon Toral is being targeted by Derby County, according to Pat Murphy.

The BBC journalist is saying that the starlet could join up with Gary Rowett who managed Toral during a loan spell at Birmingham City.
While there he was named as the clubs player of the year by both the fans and his team mates.
Toral joined Arsenal from Barcelona at the same time as compatriot Hector Bellerin in 2011.
He has not managed to make the breakthrough at Arsenal like his team mate though.
He has however had a number of successful loan spells, most recently at Rangers.
He has been capped at under 19 level for Spain but is eligible to play for England as well.
Murphy suggests that Derby would want a permanent deal for player as opposed to another loan deal.
Arsenal have seen a number of young players leave recently. The latest being Dan Crowley who yesterday joined Willem II.
